Detailed Explanation of Artificial Lingzhi Cultivation Methods and Techniques
Lingzhi (Ganoderma lucidum) is widely used in traditional Chinese medicine, and modern pharmacological research has proven that lingzhi has various biological activities. But wild lingzhi is very hard to find, and through modern scientific research, lingzhi can also be artificially cultivated. So what are the cultivation methods for artificial lingzhi?
1. Selection of shed building site. Choose a lingzhi greenhouse that is warm and moisture-retaining, well-ventilated, with appropriate light, smooth drainage and easy management. The ground inside the shed should be clean, the walls smooth and it should be moisture-resistant.
2. Preparation of cultivation substrate. The cultivation substrate is generally made from cottonseed hulls, wheat bran, cornmeal, sugar, phosphate fertilizer and gypsum; or from wood chips, wheat bran, soybean powder, phosphate fertilizer, gypsum and sugar and other materials. After preparation is complete, bag it, with each bag containing about 400-450 grams of dry material, and carry out high-temperature sterilization at the same time.
3. Management during the mycelium growth stage. The temperature in the cultivation room should be maintained at 22-30°C, and the relative air humidity should be maintained at 50%-60%. At this time, lingzhi grows best. It is also necessary to ventilate for half an hour every day, and turn the fungus bags up and down once every 5-7 days.
4. Management during the fruiting body emergence stage. After the mycelium has grown throughout the material bag, use a blade to cut circular openings about the size of a 5-jiao coin at both ends. When the fruiting bodies emerge, keep the shed temperature at 26-30°C, raise the relative air humidity to 90%-95%, and provide scattered light and sufficient oxygen.
5. Harvesting. Stop spraying water 1 week before harvesting lingzhi, close the ventilation entrance, and spread plastic film on the ground of the passage to collect the released spore powder. When the color of lingzhi turns reddish-brown and it no longer grows or thickens, the mature lingzhi can be harvested.
Artificial cultivation of lingzhi is a very cautious matter. It is not only the relatively simple methods above, but a very mature set of theories. Friends who want to carry out artificial lingzhi cultivation should best read the relevant theoretical knowledge in detail and ask relevant experts for their opinions, so as to avoid losses.
