Latest blooming times of Chinese cherry blossoms and how they differ from Japanese cherry blossoms
I. Blooming Time
Chinese cherry blossoms come in many varieties, so their blooming time is not very fixed; some varieties bloom early, while others may bloom slightly later. In general, the full bloom period of Chinese cherry blossoms is from March to April each year, which is about the same as the blooming time of other cherry blossoms. The blooming time may also be affected by regional climate; warm places bloom earlier, and places where temperatures rise slowly bloom a bit later. Chinese cherry blossoms do not bloom for long, staying open for only about two weeks before gradually fading and falling.
