I hear many friends say that orchids are not easy to grow, that this flowering plant is too delicate, and that it is also very hard to get them to bloom. In fact, if we want potted orchids to bloom smoothly during their flowering period, we need to use these three things. So what are these three things? Today, the editor will offer you some tips and share these three methods.

1. Aspirin

Because aspirin contains salicylic acid, this substance is often called a plant growth hormone. We only need to take two tablets and grind them into powder, then add two liters of clean water to let it fully dissolve, shake it well, and then we can water the potted orchid with it.

The method of watering orchids with aspirin solution should also be scientific. We can water around the edge of the orchid pot, avoiding the orchid roots. Of course, we can also use a spray bottle filled with this solution and spray it on the plant's leaves, taking care to spray evenly. This can prompt the orchid to grow more robustly and lushly.

2. Vitamin B12

Sometimes orchid leaves turn yellow and dry up. At this time, we can use vitamin B12 to adjust the acidity and alkalinity of the potting soil. The method is to crush vitamin B12 and put it in a bottle, then mix it with clean water at a ratio of 1:1000, shake it well, and pour it into the orchid potting soil.

With this method, when we usually use tap water to water orchids, the chlorine in the tap water will be removed. And the color of the orchid leaves will gradually recover from a withered yellow state to a deep green. Using this method to eliminate the yellowing and withering of orchid leaves has a very obvious effect and is very worth using.

3. Bone meal

We usually blanch the collected bones in water and dry them in the sun, then grind them into powder, and then add an appropriate amount of clean water to let them ferment. The decomposed bone meal water can be used to water orchids after being diluted with water, and the bone meal can also be buried in the orchid pot as a base fertilizer.

Because bone meal is rich in nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium elements, it can be said to be a miracle cure for growing orchids. It can supplement rich nutrients for orchids, this kind of flowering green plant, and can both prompt its leaves to grow deep green and also promote its flowering.
