International experts discuss Rural Regeneration 2.0 and the Satoyama Initiative in practice in Taiwan

To deepen the substance of the "Satoyama Initiative" in practice in Taiwan, the Council of Agriculture of the Executive Yuan invited 7 experts from 5 countries across Europe, the United States and Japan to hold the "2018 International Symposium on the Resilience of Social-Ecological Production Landscapes - Ecological Disaster Prevention and Mitigation" at National Taiwan University today (2/26), attracting the attention and participation of many experts and scholars, university and college students, rural community partners and engineering and construction practitioners. Implementing Satoyama is imperative.
