The Latest Technical Method Tutorial for Pollution-Free Fertilization of Cherry
Cherry is a fruit tree with relatively high economic value, has a very large market in our country, and is loved by many people. At present, the planting area of cherry in our country is relatively large. When planting cherry, we must do a good job in fertilization to provide sufficient nutrients for cherry growth. But how should we carry out pollution-free fertilization? Below, the editor will give you a brief introduction. Let's take a look together!
1. Trench application
Trench application is further divided into the radial trench method and the ring trench method. When using the radial trench method, first dig trenches at a place about 50cm from the base of the trunk, following the principle of narrow inside and wide outside. Keep the depth of the inner trench at about 30cm, and the depth of the outer trench at about 45cm. Dig about 5 trenches per tree for fertilization. Then, if using the ring trench method, dig trenches at the shadow area of the canopy, with a width controlled at 50cm and a depth of 45cm. Regardless of the trench application method, after digging the trenches, fully mix the fertilizer with the soil and apply it into the trenches, and pay attention to watering after fertilization.
2. Broadcast application
For broadcast application, it should be determined according to the distribution of cherry tree roots in the orchard. If the root system in the orchard is widely distributed and the root system is strong, then the broadcast application method can be used for whole-orchard fertilization. First prepare the fertilizer, spread the fertilizer evenly throughout the orchard, and then deep-plow the soil so that the fertilizer is mixed into the soil. The depth of deep plowing should be controlled at about 20cm, and it should not be too shallow or too deep, otherwise it is easy to cause the roots to float upward, affect root growth, and reduce the disease resistance of the roots.
3. Hole application
First, dig fertilization holes with a depth of about 40cm along the canopy, add an appropriate amount of grass bundles into the holes, and control the specifications of the grass bundles. Apply an appropriate amount of nutrient solution into the fertilization holes. The number of fertilization holes should be determined according to the size of the cherry tree. Usually, dig about 5 holes per tree. After digging holes and fertilizing, pay attention to covering with plastic film. Poke a small hole in the middle of the plastic film, and carry out water and fertilizer work through this small hole. After watering and fertilizing, pay attention to sealing the small hole to avoid evaporation. If there is no rain, then water about 5kg about three weeks later.
4. Foliar fertilization
During the cherry growth period, we also need to do a good job in foliar topdressing for cherry. Foliar fertilization can effectively improve the fertilizer absorption speed and distribute nutrients evenly. For cherry foliar fertilizer, fertilizers such as urea, ammonium phosphate, and potassium phosphate should be selected. It can be sprayed appropriately until the cherry tree leaves stop growing. However, in summer, it must not be done at noon, as high temperatures may cause phytotoxicity. Usually spray once every 2-3 weeks. Before fertilization, first dissolve the fertilizer, and then spray after dissolving.
The above is a brief introduction to pollution-free fertilization techniques for cherry. The fertilization method for cherry is very important, and everyone must pay more attention. That is all for today's introduction. This article is for reference only, and I hope it can help everyone!
