Recommended Imported Rice Transplanter Brands and Analysis of Their Advantages
Nowadays everyone likes foreign brands when buying things, and the same questions come up when purchasing agricultural machinery. Which brand of imported rice transplanter is good? This depends on everyone's specific needs, such as what price, which country it comes from, high-speed or ordinary? As long as you consider the actual situation and then compare the various brands, the one that meets your needs is the best.
What advantages do imported high-speed rice transplanters have?
1. High technological content
Imported high-speed rice transplanters all feature integrated mechanical, electrical and hydraulic design, and in terms of rice transplanting machinery they can be called world-leading; their advanced performance is unmatched by current domestic rice transplanters.
2. Simple operation, user-friendly design
For example, they use a combined folding quick-hitch seedling box; automatic lifting in reverse gear; pedal-type stepless travel speed change; and all-round monitoring instrument devices, allowing the operator to easily complete high-standard rice transplanting work.
3. Strong passability, high working efficiency
Imported high-speed rice transplanters all use engines of more than 20 horsepower, four-wheel drive and hydraulic power steering, and can easily work in a tillage layer within 50 cm. The maximum working speed reaches 1.6 m/s, and the actual working area per hour is 8 to 12 mu.
4. High working standards, strong adaptability
Imported high-speed rice transplanters all use an automatic seedling box balancing device; a hydraulic automatic adjustment device designed according to the softness or hardness of the field surface; a high-standard combined seedling presser; a long-belt longitudinal seedling feeding device; a new combined seedling protection device; and an advanced separating and transplanting mechanism, fully ensuring that during high-speed travel the transplanter quickly feeds seedlings into place, gently picks up and plants seedlings, and transplants straight without damaging seedlings. Compared with other domestic rice transplanters, the transplanting quality is higher, the seedling damage rate is lower, and the adaptability is better.
5. Simple adjustment, convenient maintenance
For example, indicators such as the number of lateral seedling picks, the amount of longitudinal seedling pickup, hill spacing and planting depth can be quickly adjusted into place at any time. There are fewer parts requiring maintenance, and the markings are obvious, making them easy to operate.
Experience in using imported rice transplanters
1. How to replace the chain
After two years of use, Korean International brand rice transplanters often have chain breakage in the axle chain box. The reason is that the chain pitch lengthens due to wear, and during transmission it bends and jams, then is pulled apart. Axle chains are expensive, and installation is very difficult. Many operators cut the axle chain box crosswise, replace the chain and then weld it back. The disadvantage of this method is that after welding the chain box is prone to deformation, the coaxiality of the shafts at both ends exceeds tolerance, and the supporting strength is insufficient. In fact, the following simple method for replacing the chain can be used:
Pull out the broken chain; or turn the small shaft end of the axle chain box upward so that the chain drops out through the lower shaft hole, then disconnect the chain and pull it out.
Turn the shaft hole end of the axle chain upward, and feed one end of the new chain inward through the hole.
Rotate the small shaft of the lower sprocket until the chain is engaged by the sprocket.
Turn the small shaft end of the axle chain box upward, and continue rotating the small sprocket shaft.
When both ends of the chain are at the shaft hole position, connect them.
2. Use the specified oil in the hydraulic system
An Asia brand rice transplanter worked normally at the beginning, but later the lifting and lowering became slower and slower, and finally it could not rise at all. After cleaning there was some improvement, but it was still not responsive. The oil circuit and all valves were checked and there were no problems, but there were aluminum alloy chips in the hydraulic oil. When the gear pump was disassembled for inspection, it was found that the gears had scratched the housing, and alloy chips had blocked the oil outlet. Analysis suggests that this fault was caused by improper oil use.
3. The seedling box transfer pump should be checked regularly
For an Asia brand rice transplanter purchased in 2002, during spring transplanting in 2004 it was found that the amount of seedlings picked was small and the seedling box moved slowly; after adjustments in many places, the problem still could not be solved. Analysis suggests that the slow movement of the seedling box was the key cause. When the hydraulic lateral transfer pump was removed for inspection, it was found that the transfer pump plunger was worn and the output oil volume was small. It can thus be seen that the working condition of the seedling box transfer pump should be checked regularly.
4. Pay attention to lubricating the control cables
The control cables include the refueling cable, the main clutch cable and the steering clutch cable. It is common that in the second year of operation a rice transplanter's control cable sleeves take in water and mud, rust and stick, affecting normal operation. Therefore, after each working season ends, engine oil should be dripped from the upper part of the control cable sleeves, and the control mechanism should be pulled frequently until oil droplets appear at the lower part of the control cable sleeves.
5. The drive belt should be removed for storage
An Asia brand rice transplanter worked very normally in the first two years, but in the third year of operation the planting arm speed was noticeably reduced, and it even stopped rotating; debugging in many places had no obvious effect. When the stepless speed change drive belt cover plate was opened for inspection, the drive belt was found to be slipping seriously. Experience shows that the stepless speed change drive belt must be removed for storage after each working season ends, and when it is installed the following year the tension should be checked and it should be replaced if necessary.
6. High-octane unleaded gasoline should be used
The gasoline engines on commonly used imported rice transplanters have no gasoline filter component. If unclean low-octane gasoline is used, impurities will form carbon deposits at the intake port, causing the valve to be cushioned or stuck, and in serious cases the gasoline engine will break down after only five or six days of work. As required, imported rice transplanters must use pure high-octane unleaded gasoline.
