1. Operators must be familiar with the composition of the sprinkler irrigation unit and the structure and performance of the sprinkler heads, and check each component one by one, including the pump, pipes, sprinkler heads, etc., and observe whether all parts are complete and whether the technical condition is normal. If damaged or missing parts are found, they should be repaired or replaced promptly to keep the system in good technical condition.

2. The soil at the operating position should be firm to prevent collapse or sinking into the ground.

3. When installing the water inlet pipe, pay attention to preventing water and air leaks. The filter screen should be completely submerged in water, at a depth of about 30cm, and kept at a certain distance from the bottom and walls of the pool to prevent the inhalation of silt and other impurities and air.

4. Before starting the centrifugal pump, fill the pump with water. Start it only after the water has filled the water inlet pipe and the pump body; the stored water of the self-priming pump should be above the impeller axis to ensure the normal progress of the self-priming process.

5. Support the sprinkler frame on the ground, and place the end face of the sprinkler frame joint as level as possible so that the sprinkler head rotates evenly, then fix the sprinkler frame. Install the sprinkler head on the sprinkler frame, check whether the sprinkler head rotates flexibly and whether the tightness of the swing arm is appropriate, add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil to the rotating parts, then wipe the quick connector clean and connect it.
