How does the JP75 reel-type sprinkler irrigation machine perform?

The reel-type sprinkler irrigation machine, also called the hose reel or winch-type sprinkler irrigation machine, is one of the ideal water-saving irrigation implements suited to China's conditions. It comes in many types, and each type has different advantages, so how does the JP75 reel-type sprinkler irrigation machine perform?

1. Impact water turbine

Mounted at the reel's flow-assist position, its drive shaft is made of stainless steel, the shaft seal uses a mechanical seal, the rotational speed is 100-700 r/min, and the water output is 3-20 m3/h.

2. PE water delivery pipe

The PE pipe is a high-tech product; one end is connected to the reel and supplied with water through the horizontal shaft, while the other end is connected to the sprinkler cart.

3. Reducer

A standard bevel-enveloping cylindrical worm gear reducer.

4. Guide device

It consists of a left-and-right threaded guide rod and a shiftable drive, ensuring that the PE pipe winds up neatly in every layer during automatic recovery.

5. Speed control device

It is mainly composed of a PE pipe pressure roller, a swing rod and a ball valve, keeping the travel speed of the sprinkler cart consistent with the precipitation depth.

6. Safety device

It is a linkage mechanism; each time irrigation ends, the sprinkler cart automatically rises to the transport position and strikes the safety lever, so that the clutch in the rotating device disengages automatically and the reel stops turning.

7. Braking device

A new-style braking device prevents the reel from reversing, is simple to operate, and makes dragging out the PE pipe easier.

8. Sprinkler cart

It has a symmetrical wheeled structure, and to make stretching the PE pipe convenient, it is fitted with a pull-out hook.

9. Frame

It is welded from rectangular tubing and has good rigidity. All structures are hot-dip galvanized and have good anti-corrosion performance.
