How is the stretcher-mounted sprayer used correctly? What precautions are there for its use? A stretcher-mounted sprayer is one in which the various working parts of the machine are mounted on a frame like a stretcher, and during operation it is carried by people on the stretcher as they move to the work site. The stretcher-mounted sprayer has a simple structure, high work efficiency and reliable performance, and is an economical and affordable product. It features light weight, easy transport, simple operation and high spray pressure, and is widely used for pest and disease control in field crops such as orchards, rice, wheat, corn, soybeans and peanuts, for washing and pest and disease control of large plants and trees such as landscaping and greenery, and can also be used for pest and disease control of greenhouse vegetables and flowers as well as sanitation, disinfection and washing in public places. So what precautions should be taken when using a stretcher-mounted sprayer?

(l) Immerse the suction filter screen in water.

(2) Turn the high-pressure wheel of the pressure regulating valve counterclockwise to a lower pressure position, then turn the pressure regulating handle clockwise to the pressure relief position.

(3) Start the engine and run it at low speed for 10 to 15 min. If water is seen spraying out and there is no abnormal sound, gradually increase to the rated speed. Then turn the pressure regulating handle counterclockwise to the pressure applying position and gradually tighten the pressure regulating wheel clockwise to raise the pressure, so that the pressure indicator shows the required working pressure.

(4) When regulating pressure, adjust the value shown on the pressure indicator from low to high. The pressure regulating handle on the pressure regulating valve can be turned back and forth several times to indicate the accurate pressure.

(5) Test spray with clean water. Observe whether there is any leakage at the joints, whether the spraying condition is good, and whether the chemical mixer has suction.

(6) The chemical mixer is used together only when a long-range spray gun is used. It should be debugged first before use. Only when the flow of the liquid pump is normal and there is suction at the chemical suction filter screen can the chemical suction filter screen be placed into a bucket of pre-diluted mother liquid to begin operation.

(7) During field operation, the liquid pump in use must not be run dry, so as to avoid damaging the rubber cup, and special attention should be paid when starting and moving the machine. When drawing water in the field, the aquatic plants outside the filter screen should be removed frequently.

(8) When spraying chemicals, the spray gun must not be pointed directly at the crops, so as to avoid damage. When spraying nearby crops, press down the diffusion plate so that the spray is even. When spraying tall trees, the operator should stand outside the tree canopy and spray upward at an angle, and pay attention to even spraying. When the spray gun stops spraying, the shut-off valve must be closed only after reducing the hydraulic pump, so as to avoid damaging the machine.
