2. 6 m wide assembled steel-frame greenhouse
This greenhouse type has been promoted and applied for many years. It mainly uses galvanized thin-walled steel pipes with a diameter of 22 mm and a thickness of 1.2 mm as the greenhouse framework material. The greenhouse is 6 m wide, 2.2-2.5 m high at the top, and 1.2 m high at the shoulder. The land utilization rate is 80%, the service life is more than 10 years, the cost is 10-30 yuan per sq m, and the construction cost is 7000-20000 yuan per mu.
It is worth noting that: this kind of greenhouse is suitable for growing vegetables, flowers, etc. The disadvantages are that the greenhouse width is relatively small, the efficiency of operation and management is relatively low, and the insulation performance in winter is relatively weak.
3. 8 m wide improved steel-frame greenhouse
This greenhouse is built with galvanized pipes with a diameter of 28-32 mm and a thickness of 1.5 mm; the top height is 3.2-3.5 m, and the shoulder height is 1.8 m. The greenhouse body has a large space and is suitable for growing tall-climbing vegetables, etc. This greenhouse increases the height and width of the greenhouse body, and at the same time increases the height and width of the ventilation windows on the sides of the greenhouse, enlarges the space inside the greenhouse, improves management efficiency and winter insulation performance, and improves the land utilization rate.
It is worth noting that: the construction cost of this kind of greenhouse is greatly increased, at about 20-45 yuan per sq m, and 15000-30000 yuan per mu. It is mainly suitable for application in agricultural demonstration parks and farms with a certain economic strength.
4. Steel-bamboo mixed greenhouse
The greenhouse structure is the same as that of the simple bamboo-frame greenhouse. Steel pipes and bamboo poles are used alternately as arch rods. It has the advantages of saving steel, reducing cost, and convenient operation, and has a certain application area; its performance and cost are between those of the steel-frame greenhouse and the bamboo-frame greenhouse.
5. Multi-span greenhouse
The multi-span greenhouse is an upgraded form of the ordinary greenhouse. In fact, it connects the original independent single-room greenhouses by scientific means, reasonable design, and excellent materials. It can be understood as a kind of expansion. It has the advantages of large space and high land utilization rate, but the cost is reduced a lot, at 50-100 yuan per sq m.
