What benefits and effects do wild mushrooms have?

Wild mushrooms are delicious and contain fat, protein, carbohydrates, crude fiber, various minerals and various vitamins. Regularly eating fungi helps a great deal with improving health and preventing disease.

How should wild mushrooms be stored?

1. After buying the mushrooms, wash them first, drain the water, then stir-fry them in sesame oil until 80 percent cooked. Divide into small bags, then put them in the refrigerator to keep fresh; they can be stored for about a year.

2. For quick-freezing, wash the mushrooms, drain the water, and freeze them in the freezer compartment of the refrigerator; they can be kept for a year. Jianshouqing, for example, can be wrapped in plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator, where it keeps for more than ten days.

3. Boil wild mushrooms in boiling water, and after cooling add supersaturated salt; this way they can also be kept for about a year, but they must be desalted before eating.
