Spring 2018: Come to Satoyama and Plant Rice Together, a Close Conversation with the Land

Besides the reassuring experience of planting rice at the Satoyama Juku pesticide-free, chemical-fertilizer-free paddy field, in the afternoon we will also use traditional methods to simply make a rice snack that is chewy and satisfying, brimming with rice aroma and peanut fragrance, and sure to astonish everyone's taste buds - lu tang (rice qi). Use eating to reward your hardworking body and give thanks for the abundant land!
