Brewing fruit wine
Materials: raspberries:white granulated sugar = 5:1
Method:
1. After cleaning the raspberries, remove them and drain off the water;
2. For the wine-brewing container, a glass bottle is best, as it is convenient to see the fermentation state inside the bottle. After washing the glass bottle, boil it in boiling water for 10 minutes, then take it out and let it dry. Boiling in boiling water is mainly for disinfection;
3. Put the raspberries into the container, mash them with chopsticks or a spoon, and note that it can only be filled to 70 percent full;
4. Cover with the bottle cap, and note that it must not be screwed too tightly; leave a little gap to facilitate the release of carbon dioxide after the reaction inside the bottle;
5. Stir 2 times a day. After two days, add all the white granulated sugar, stir evenly, and continue fermenting;
6. After 10 days of fermentation, it can be observed that no bubbles are emerging in the bottle, and the fruit floating on the upper layer also gradually sinks. Filter with clean gauze to obtain the filtrate;
7. Place the relatively cloudy filtrate sealed in a cool place for 15 days. If the wine liquid separates into layers, the clear liquid can be poured into another container. If there is still sediment, the above operation can be carried out multiple times.
8. As needed, an appropriate amount of baijiu can also be added to the raspberry wine to increase the alcohol content and flavor of the raspberry wine.

4. After cooling, it can be put into jars, sealed, and placed in the refrigerator.
