Key Techniques and Management Methods for Summer Oyster Mushroom Cultivation
Prepare some corn cobs, sun-dry them for two days, then mix them evenly with wheat bran, carbendazim, lime powder, etc., pile them together for fermentation, turn the pile three times in a row, and when the temperature drops to about 30°C, inoculation can be done. Then put the compost into plastic bags, place them on the mushroom shed at a row spacing of 10*10cm, and with proper management of ventilation, temperature and moisture, mushrooms will grow.
Key techniques for summer oyster mushroom cultivation:
1. Choose a suitable oyster mushroom variety
Choose a wide-temperature oyster mushroom variety with high yield, good quality, short stipes, thick flesh, tolerance to transport, and a temperature range of 8°C-36°C.
2. Fermented substrate cultivation
Oyster mushroom fermentation method: on sunny days, after the cultivation substrate is piled up, turn the pile once every 24 hours, for a total of 3-4 turns, to ensure the quality of turning.
3. Ensure the quality of the spawn
Select purified, superior plants and choose strains with strong vitality, high yield and strong disease resistance as spawn at all levels.
4. Prevent high-temperature burning of the spawn
After the cultivation substrate is bagged, place the bags singly; when the temperature in the middle of the cultivation bags rises to 30°C, the stacks must be turned until the spawn-running stage is finished.
5. Harvest at the right time, keep fresh and sell
In the high-temperature season, oyster mushrooms must be harvested early, that is, before the cap has fully flattened and opened; at this time the fruiting body is thick-fleshed, heavy, good in commodity quality and high in price.
6. Pest and disease control
Nail nylon screen windows on all doors and windows of the mushroom house to prevent adults from laying eggs, promptly clear away garbage around the mushroom house, and spread quicklime powder on the floor inside the mushroom house to prevent moisture, so as to control the occurrence of oyster mushroom pests and diseases; if mushroom flies or mites appear in the mushroom house, spray with 4.3% lambda-cyhalothrin · emamectin benzoate emulsifiable concentrate at 0.87-1.47 grams per mu.
