How to grow peanuts hydroponically? Detailed explanation of the planting method

Peanut is a common cash crop in daily life. It can not only be eaten raw, but also boiled or fried, and it is very popular among people. Some even grow it hydroponically specifically to make sprout vegetables. So what are the planting methods for hydroponic peanuts?

1. Seed selection: use peanuts freshly harvested in the current year, and select some with a large size, plumpness, and no wounds or insect damage to use as potted seeds.

2. Sprouting: put the selected peanut kernels into water to soak. The water should just cover the peanut kernels; if the water is too deep, they will rot. 3. Sowing: find a foam board and drill holes. Be careful not to drill the holes too large; they should be able to hold the peanuts. Then, place the peanut germ head downward and plant it into the drilled holes.

4. Later management: prepare a container and fill it with water. Then place the foam board with the peanut kernels planted earlier on top, so that the peanut germs touch the water. Place it in a bright, ventilated spot with indirect light and change the water every two days.

5. In a little more than a week, many leaves will grow. After the peanuts unfold their leaves, they can gradually be exposed to light. In about a month, the peanuts will grow lush and green.
