Bodhi seeds generally refer to the seeds and fruits of tropical and subtropical nut-bearing plants that can be strung into prayer bead ritual implements or collectible bead bracelets. They grow in tropical and subtropical regions. So when do Bodhi seeds mature?

Generally, the Bodhi tree fruits from May to June, matures from August to September, and the fruit can remain fresh on the tree until February—March of the following year.

The Bodhi tree is mostly cultivated in China's Guangdong coastal islands, Guangxi, and Yunnan north to Jingdong. It is also distributed in Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Sikkim, Pakistan and India, mostly under cultivation, but in the Himalayan region, from Rawalpindi in Pakistan to Bhutan, it grows wild.
