1. What diseases does metalaxyl-mancozeb treat?
Metalaxyl-m mancozeb is a low-toxicity pesticide, yellow to light green powder in appearance, bulk density 0.2-0.25, stable storage period under normal conditions about 3 years. Active ingredients metalaxyl ≥10%, mancozeb ≥48%.
Metalaxyl-mancozeb can be used to control grape downy mildew, rapeseed downy mildew, hop downy mildew, anthracnose, gray mold and onion downy mildew, etc. The plants it can be applied to are tobacco and some vegetables (such as Chinese cabbage, cucumber, purple cabbage, rapeseed, etc.).

2. How is metalaxyl-mancozeb used?
1. Control of vegetable diseases: It can be used against downy mildew of cucumber, Chinese cabbage, lettuce, rapeseed, green broccoli, choy sum, purple cabbage, cherry radish, kai-lan, etc.
At the early stage of disease onset, use 100-150 grams of 58% wettable powder per mu, spray with 50-75 kg of water, or spray with a 500-600 times dilution of 58% wettable powder, or use 95-120 grams of 53% metalaxyl-m · mancozeb water-dispersible granules and spray with water. Spray once every 7-14 days, for 2-4 consecutive sprays. For transplanted vegetables, if diseased leaves are found before planting, spray first and then transplant.
2. It can be used for pepper phytophthora blight; before planting, soak the roots in the solution for 10 minutes, then pour 50-100 milliliters of the planting-hole solution into each hole.
3. It can control phytophthora blight of cucumber, hot (sweet) pepper and Chinese chive; a method combining spraying with root drenching can be adopted. When central diseased plants are found, immediately spray a 500 times dilution of 58% wettable powder, using 50-60 kg of spray liquid per mu; for root drenching, use 300-400 milliliters of liquid per plant (clump).
