What is the reason for the ban on Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus?

Recently I keep hearing people say that the national agriculture authorities have already banned the production of Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus. So why is Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus banned?

According to "Announcement No. 2294 of the Ministry of Agriculture of the People's Republic of China", in order to strengthen the standard management of veterinary biological products and ensure that products are safe, effective, and quality-controllable, our ministry organized and carried out the work of sorting out veterinary biological product standards. After study, 81 veterinary biological product standards were abolished because they did not conform to current national animal epidemic prevention policies, posed relatively large biosafety hazards, had been replaced by new products and had had no enterprise producing them for at least 5 years, or had incomplete inspection items and could not guarantee product quality. Starting from January 1, 2017, the operation and use of the above 81 veterinary biological products were stopped. Among them, item 13 is the Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus microecological preparation (biological bacteria king).
