High-yield peanut package formula shared, scientific ratios boost production
Peanuts need three rounds of treatment during the growing period to achieve high yields, so what exactly does the high-yield peanut package formula include? Let's take a look!
1. What is the high-yield peanut package formula?
The high-yield peanut package formula, commonly known as the three-round peanut treatment, consists of nutritional agents, growth-regulating agents and fungicidal agents. Among them: nutritional agents include potassium dihydrogen phosphate, ammonium molybdate, etc.; growth-regulating agents include paclobutrazol, uniconazole, etc.; fungicidal agents include hymexazol and difenoconazole, carbendazim, etc. You can mix them according to your own needs, or buy a ready-made package offered by a merchant.
2. Peanut cultivation techniques
1. Sowing
In spring, when the soil temperature at a depth of 5cm stabilizes at 12°C, pearl bean-type peanuts can be sown; from late April to early May, plastic film mulching cultivation can be advanced by about 7~10 days.
Plant at a density of 50cm between ridges and 13~17cm between holes, sowing two seeds per hole.
2. Cultivation
Cultivation is further divided into film-mulching cultivation and ridge cultivation, among which:
Film-mulching cultivation requires timely re-pressing and burying, and sealing tightly. When the seedlings break through the film and push up through the soil, beginning to reveal true leaves, remove the soil from the film so that the cotyledons are exposed above the ground surface. If a missing hole is found, immediately replant with pre-germinated seeds. Before flowering, carry out 1 intertillage and weeding in the furrow. During the period from flowering and pegging to pod filling, apply fertilizer according to the growth vigor of the peanuts.
Ridge cultivation requires first pulling out weeds around the seedlings, clearing the seedlings and hardening them off, then carrying out 3 rounds of intertillage and weeding at the seedling stage, the rosette stage and the flowering stage; half a month after flowering, carry out earthing up, which should not be too thick, with 3cm being appropriate.
3. Fertilization
Base fertilizer: apply formula fertilizer according to soil fertility, yield level, etc. Generally, for a peanut field producing about 300 kg of pods per 667m, apply 3000~4000 kg of organic fertilizer, 4~6 kg of pure nitrogen, 6~8 kg of phosphorus pentoxide, and 5~10 kg of potassium oxide.
Foliar spraying: spray potassium dihydrogen phosphate in the middle and late stages, at a concentration of 0.2%.
4. Watering
Peanuts are relatively drought-tolerant plants, and generally in normal years no watering management is needed, but if extremely dry weather is encountered, especially when water is lacking during the pegging stage, the peanuts should be irrigated scientifically and promptly.
