Analysis of the Key Points of the Latest Ecological Aquaculture Technology
In recent years, people have paid more and more attention to food safety. Healthy and safe aquatic products are also increasingly welcomed by consumers. In order to meet the needs of the market, our aquaculture must also adhere to ecological and healthy farming. The key points are as follows:
1. Selection of farming site
Scientific site selection, avoiding toxic chemical pollution areas or pollution sources, and testing and analyzing the farming environment and water quality to determine whether it is suitable for aquaculture production.
2. Farming water quality
Water used for aquaculture must comply with the national fishery water standards, the "Water Quality for Freshwater Aquaculture" standard (ny5051—2001), and ensure that the water source is clean and pollution-free. There must be no polluting enterprises around the farming site. During the farming process, maintain moderate water fertility, use circulating filtered water as much as possible, and when necessary use biological methods or environmental improvement methods to treat water quality, reducing the discharge of aquaculture water into natural water bodies.
3. Farming seedlings and fingerlings
Fertilized eggs or seedlings and fingerlings of wild original species or hybrid species cultivated through breeding technology must pass inspection and quarantine and comply with relevant standards before they can be used.
4. Feed feeding
Use biological organic fertilizer to cultivate water quality, and use plankton, beneficial microorganisms and benthic organisms in the water body as natural bait for farmed fish, with appropriate feeding of fishery compound feed, so that waste organic matter achieves a virtuous cycle. Fishery compound feed must meet the optimal production nutritional requirements and safety of the farmed species, and hormone drugs must not be added, and prohibited drugs must not be used.
5. Disease prevention and control
When medication is necessary, microbial preparations or pollution-free drugs with low toxicity, high efficiency and low residue should be preferred. According to different routes of medication, when selecting drugs and dosages, they must comply with the provisions of the Fishery Bureau of the Ministry of Agriculture's "Recommended Catalogue of Fishery Drugs and Methods of Use" (Nong Yu Yang [2000] No. 17), and reasonably determine the period of use and withdrawal period of fishery drugs to reduce drug residues in fish bodies.
