Analysis of Key Points of New High-Yield Soybean Cultivation Techniques
Soybean is one of China's important food crops, with a wide planting range, especially in the Northeast region, which is China's main soybean production area. So, how should soybean be planted to achieve high yield? Below is an introduction tonew high-yield soybean cultivation techniques.
1. Land preparation
After the previous crop is harvested, spread well-fermented organic fertilizer over the land, use a rake to rake the fertilizer into the soil, then plow deeply to a depth of 22-25 cm; after deep plowing, divide the field into beds 2-3 m wide with a row spacing of 3 m.
2. Seed selection
According to the characteristics of different places, choose excellent varieties suitable for local planting, because only carefully selected varieties can ensure a good emergence rate and ultimately achieve high yield.
3. Sowing
Soybean can be sown in spring from February to early March (southern China), from late March to early April (Yangtze River region), and from late April to early May (Huanghai, Huaihai region, northern region); it can also be sown in summer from May to early June (southern region) and in June (Huanghai, Huaihai); it can also be sown in autumn from late July to early August. Before sowing, irrigate the planting plot once so that the soil moisture content reaches about 22%, then sow. Sow 2-3 seeds per hole, with a hole spacing of 0.33 m.
4. Intertillage and weeding
Carry out the first intertillage before the first compound leaf, making sure to hoe away all weeds around the seedlings, without injuring the seedlings, and loosen the surface soil; when the seedlings are about 10 cm tall, carry out the second intertillage, making sure not to miss any weeds, not to injure the seedlings, and not to press down the seedlings; about 10 days after the second intertillage, carry out the third intertillage, making sure to loosen deeply and earth up more soil.
5. Fertilization
In addition to base fertilizer, at the early flowering stage of soybean, depending on the seedling condition, apply 3-5 kg of urea per mu as a top dressing; at the pod-setting stage, use 40-50 kg per mu of a 2% clarifed calcium superphosphate solution and 30-40 kg per mu of a 0.05% diluted ammonium molybdate solution, and spray the two mixed together on the leaf surface.
6. Pest and disease control
Soybean diseases include gray leaf spot, fungal diseases, bacterial diseases, viral diseases, cyst nematode disease, root-knot nematode disease, etc., and insect pests include soybean pod borer, meadow moth, soybean pod borer, bean stalk fly, bean stalk black leafminer, red spider mite, aphids, etc. Spray pesticides in time for control.
