Some plants like light and need to be grown in an environment with relatively long light exposure, such as rose of Sharon, the Chinese rose variety 'Juice Balcony', and Jasminum polyanthum; some plants like shade or partial shade, so they cannot be kept in a lighted environment all the time.
2. Sufficient watering
Water according to the habits of the potted plant. Succulents can be watered less, which makes the stems and roots thicker and stronger, while other moisture-loving flowers can be watered more, and watering should be thorough.
Generally, watering can be done frequently in summer, and less water can be given in autumn and winter when it is relatively cold.
3. Reasonable fertilizing
Ordinary flowers generally do not need deliberate fertilizing. When buying potted plants, you can ask the seller. If the seller says fertilizing is needed, then fertilize according to the seller's instructions.
The most important thing in growing potted plants is still to check on them constantly. Sometimes if a potted plant suffers from pests or diseases and it is not discovered in time, it can also cause the whole pot to die.
