Usually, for large quantities of Gonggan, sterilization and disinfection should be carried out one week before placing them into the warehouse, and attention should also be paid to ventilation. In addition, during storage, attention should be paid to blocking rat holes to prevent the storage effect from being affected by bacteria.
2. Anti-corrosion treatment. These are basically preservatives often used by some merchants to ensure the freshness of the appearance. Anti-corrosion treatment needs to be carried out on the day of harvest, for a maximum of up to 2 days.
