AbstractMarch: use tebuconazole, chlorpyrifos, zinc sulfate, etc. for control. April: use tebuconazole, propineb, abamectin, etc. for control. May: use propineb, carbendazim, beta-cypermethrin + chlorpyrifos, etc. for control. June: use mancozeb, abamectin, chlorpyrifos, etc. for control. Early July to the end of August: use imidacloprid, abamectin, polyoxin, etc. for control. September: use tebuconazole, propineb, thiophanate-methyl, etc. for control.
I. March (dormant period, bud break period)
1. Targets for control before bud break: Before the apple tree buds break, the whole orchard needs to be sprayed once with an insecticide and a fungicide, mainly to control anthracnose, valsa canker, little leaf disease, ring rot, red and white spider mites, scale insects, aphids, etc.
2. Control method before bud break: Spray the bare branches with 14.5% duoxiaoling (copper-ammonia complex) at 150 times dilution, or 43% tebuconazole at 2000 times dilution, etc., then add 40% chlorpyrifos at 700 times dilution, add 100 times dilution urea; for orchards with severe little leaf disease, add 20-25 times dilution zinc sulfate.
II. April (flowering period)
1. Targets for control 3 days before flowering: 3 days before flowering, the whole orchard is sprayed once with an insecticide and a fungicide, mainly to control red and white spider mites, powdery mildew, ring rot, leafminer moth, leaf roller moth, aphids, etc.
2. Control method 3 days before flowering:
(1) Use 14.5% duoxiaoling (copper-ammonia complex) at 1000 times dilution, or 43% tebuconazole at 4000 times dilution.
(2) Or use 5% hexaconazole at 1200 times dilution, or 70% propineb at 700 times dilution and other fungicides for control.
(3) You can also use 1.8% abamectin at 4000 times dilution, plus 40% chlorpyrifos at 1500 times dilution insecticide for control; to avoid late frost damage, an appropriate amount of growth regulators such as Bihu can be added.
III. May (young fruit period)
1. Control timing during the young fruit period: Around May 10, spray once 7-10 days after petal fall, then spray again every 7-10 days, for a total of 3 consecutive sprays; note that protective fungicides and systemic fungicides should be used in combination, and an appropriate amount of foliar calcium fertilizer should be added.
2. Targets for control 7-10 days after petal fall: 7-10 days after petal fall (counting from when 80% of flowers have dropped), mainly to control ring rot, anthracnose, Kondo mealybug, alternaria leaf spot, red and white spider mites, leafminer moth, leaf roller moth, aphids, etc.
3. Control method 7-10 days after petal fall:
(1) Use 80% mancozeb at 800 times dilution, or 70% propineb at 700 times dilution, plus 50% carbendazim at 600 times dilution, or 70% thiophanate-methyl at 800 times dilution fungicide for control.
(2) You can also use 20% hexythiazox at 2000 times dilution, or 24% spirodiclofen at 5000 times dilution, plus 10% imidacloprid at 3000 times dilution, plus 2% beta-cypermethrin + emamectin benzoate at 1500 times dilution insecticide and acaricide for control.
4. Targets for control about 20 days after petal fall: About 20 days after petal fall (around May 20), mainly to control anthracnose, ring rot, alternaria leaf spot, Kondo mealybug, yellow aphids, gall aphids, cotton bollworm, leaf roller, etc.
5. Control method about 20 days after petal fall:
(1) You can use 10% polyoxin at 1500 times dilution, or 43% tebuconazole at 5000 times dilution, plus 50% carbendazim at 600 times dilution, or 70% thiophanate-methyl at 800 times dilution fungicide for control.
(2) You can also use 10% imidacloprid at 3000 times dilution, plus 52% beta-cypermethrin + chlorpyrifos at 1500 times dilution, or 10% cyhalothrin at 2000 times dilution insecticide for control.
IV. June (fruit enlargement period)
1. Pest and disease control in mid-June: After bagging, spray once with Bordeaux mixture in mid-June.
2. Targets for control 3 days before bagging: ring rot, anthracnose, aphids, alternaria leaf spot, Kondo mealybug, peach fruit borer, etc.
3. Control method 3 days before bagging:
(1) Use 80% mancozeb at 800 times dilution, or 70% propineb at 600 times dilution, plus 70% thiophanate-methyl at 800 times dilution fungicide for control.
(2) You can also use 10% imidacloprid at 3000 times dilution, plus 1.8% abamectin at 4000 times dilution, plus 40% chlorpyrifos at 1500 times dilution insecticide for control.
4. Targets for control after bagging: brown spot disease, ring rot, peach fruit borer, etc.
5. Control method after bagging: Use 1:3:200 Bordeaux mixture fungicide for control. You can also use 20% fenvalerate + malathion emulsifiable concentrate at 1500 times dilution insecticide for control.
V. Early July to the end of August (fruit enlargement period)
1. Targets for control from early July to the end of August: From early July to the end of August, mainly to control alternaria leaf spot, brown spot disease, leafminer moth, red and white spider mites, etc.
2. Control method from early July to the end of August:
(1) Use 1:2.5-3:200 Bordeaux mixture, or 43% tebuconazole at 5000 times dilution, or 10% polyoxin at 1500 times dilution and other fungicides for control.
(2) You can also use 2% beta-cypermethrin + emamectin benzoate at 2000 times dilution, chlorfluazuron and diflubenzuron + abamectin, 40% chlorpyrifos at 1500 times dilution, spirodiclofen and azocyclotin insecticide and acaricide for control.
3. Precautions:
(1) The number of applications should depend on weather conditions; Bordeaux mixture and other fungicides should be used alternately.
(2) Insecticides and acaricides need to be used flexibly according to pest conditions; the interval between Bordeaux mixture and other fungicides is about 15 days, and the interval between other fungicides is about 10 days.
VI. September (late fruit enlargement period to before bag removal)
1. Targets for control 3 days before bag removal: 3 days before bag removal, the whole orchard should be sprayed once with an insecticide and a fungicide, mainly to control alternaria leaf spot, Lepidoptera, Coleoptera, Orthoptera and other pests and diseases.
2. Control method 3 days before bag removal: Use 43% tebuconazole at 5000 times dilution, or 70% propineb at 700 times dilution, plus 70% thiophanate-methyl at 800 times dilution, or 10% polyoxin at 1500 times dilution, or 50% carbendazim at 600 times dilution, plus 2% beta-cypermethrin + emamectin benzoate at 1500 times dilution, etc. for control.
