I. Indoor Bag-Removal Cultivation Technique for Morel Mushrooms

1. After the mushroom house is disinfected, cultivation can begin. First dilute Yifuyuan EM bacterial liquid 30-50 times, then spray it onto each layer of the bed surface for disinfection, and lay a layer of plastic film, covering it with 3 cm thick humus soil.

2. After flattening, remove the plastic bags from the mushroom sticks and arrange them one by one on the bed. Generally, 40 plastic mushroom bags of 17 cm×33 cm can be arranged per square meter of bed surface.

3. After arranging the mushroom sticks, spray some water. Yifuyuan Mushroom Ecological Treasure can be added to the water at a ratio of 1:200-300. Cover with soil 3-5 cm at one time, and cover the surface with 2 cm thick bamboo leaves or broadleaf tree fallen leaves, which helps keep the soil moist.

4. After waiting for 1 month, fruiting bodies will grow. In southern regions, it is suitable to produce mushrooms from March 10 to April 20.

II. Sterilized-Substrate Bag-Removal Cultivation Technique for Morel Mushrooms

1. Yifuyuan Mushroom Ecological Treasure : substrate : water = 1:100:130. After mixing the substrate, pile it up to ferment for 20 days, and use 17 cm×33 cm polypropylene or polyethylene plastic bags to fill the substrate. Each bag can hold 500-600 g of substrate, then place it under conditions of 100°C to sterilize for 8 hours, after which the spawn can be inoculated.

2. Generally, the two-end inoculation method is used. Seal the bag opening well, then place it at a temperature of 22-25°C to culture for 30 days. The mycelium can grow to fill the bag. 5-6 days after the mycelium fills the bag, cultivation can proceed.

III. Outdoor Bag-Removal Cultivation Technique for Morel Mushrooms

1. Choose woodland with 3 parts sunlight and 7 parts shade to make beds. With a bed width of 1 m and a depth of 15-20 cm, after preparing the bed, spray 300-500 times diluted Yifuyuan cultivation EM nutrient solution water, or water once with 300-500 times diluted Yifuyuan nutrient solution, then use 10% limewater to kill pests and miscellaneous fungi in the bed.

2. Generally, the methods for removing bags, arranging mushroom sticks and managing mushroom production are the same as the indoor cultivation methods, except that plastic film cannot be laid on the bottom layer. During this period, pay attention to temperature changes in the bed and avoid direct sunlight.

IV. Outdoor Raw-Substrate Cultivation Technique for Morel Mushrooms

1. Outdoors, choose a site with 3 parts sunlight and 7 parts shade, or half shade and half sunlight, with loose moist soil and good drainage. Dig a pit with a depth of 20-25 cm. The bottom of the pit can be moistened with 300-500 times diluted Yifuyuan Mushroom Ecological Treasure nutrient solution.

2. Then add water to the prepared cultivation substrate and mix evenly. Spread a layer of substrate on the base layer, and after pressing flat it should be 4-5 cm thick. Use 2 bags of spawn (12 cm×28 cm) per square meter, break them into walnut-sized spawn blocks and evenly scatter them on the substrate, and cover with a thin layer of fine humus soil.

3. On top of this, spread a second layer of substrate of the same thickness. After pressing flat, sow again in the same way. After sowing, cover with loose humus soil 3-5 cm thick, then cover with a layer of broadleaf tree leaves. After covering, water, and build some branches on top of the leaves.
