Its main diseases include rust, mildew, viral disease, phytophthora blight, fusarium wilt, root rot, leaf mold, and so on, and its main pests include red spider mites, leafminers, stem borers, and so on, which can be controlled by spraying the corresponding pesticides.
1. Rust: At the early stage of the disease, 50% carbendazim wettable powder 500x solution, 25% carboxin emulsifiable concentrate 1500x solution, 25% triadimefon wettable powder 2000x solution and other pesticides can be sprayed evenly, for 2 to 3 consecutive sprays, with each spray 10-15 days apart.
2. Mildew: At the early stage of the disease, 65% zineb wettable powder 500x solution, 75% chlorothalonil wettable powder 600x solution and other pesticides can be sprayed evenly, which can effectively control this disease.
3. Viral disease: At the early stage of the disease, 0.5% vinegar solution 40 kg can be sprayed plus one bag of Jindian, which can control this disease.
