How to Grow Grape Seeds into a Small Potted Plant

Wash the grape seeds clean with water, then soak them in distilled water for 2 weeks. Then spread the seeds flat in a flower pot prepared in advance, cover the seeds with about 2 cm of soil, and then spread a layer of small stones on top. You can cover the flower pot with a plastic bag and keep it in a warm, sunny place. They will sprout in 1 to 2 weeks.

Later Care for the Potted Grape Plant

1. In the first year, pay attention to the growth of the grape seedling, select the three strongest side buds on the plant, and remove the other poor ones, so that it can grow better later on.

2. In the second year, fertilization is needed. If any fruit appears, remove it, because the fruit produced will not be very large and will also affect the plant's energy later on. All roots growing besides the three side buds you selected earlier need to be removed. Prune correctly.

3. In the third year, continue fertilizing and remove low-lying buds and roots, so the grape can produce small grapes.

4. In the fourth year and beyond: continue fertilizing and pruning. Generally by this time it can produce delicious grapes, and the yield will also be quite high.
