Where can I buy saxaul seeds? What are the seedling-raising methods?
The saxaul tree, also known as salt wood or suosuo, is a large shrub or grows in thicket form, with a tree height of 3-8 m. It grows at the edge of deserts, can windproof and fix sand, and burns with a strong fire, making it a high-quality fuelwood forest known as "sand coal". The seeds of the saxaul tree in the desert are considered to be the shortest-lived seeds in the world, because they can only live a few hours. But its vitality is very strong: as long as there is a little water, it will take root and sprout within two or three hours.
