Therefore, the government should lead the construction of networked rural e-commerce platforms, form economies of scale, open up the channel market, and reduce transaction costs; break the unequal state between rural e-commerce consumption and export sales, and extend the dividends of e-commerce development to rural areas, agriculture and farmers. In the process of leading the construction of these platforms, the government should provide more services and less regulation.
